How to avoid occupational diseases?

All jobs must have their own pressures and demands, therefore stress is definitely what you are experiencing. However, the most important thing is how to deal with and respond to stress so that it does not drag on and cause problems. Here are tips for dealing with work-related stress:

  • Find out what is causing you stress. If indeed you feel the work being undertaken at this time does not suit you, then discuss it with your boss.
  • Trying to respond to stress in a healthy way. Many people make runaway food from the pressures they are facing. Even the worst is to make cigarettes or alcoholic beverages as an escape. Of course, this is not healthy. If you really need something to distract yourself, then you can do other positive things according to your passion.
  • Set aside time for yourself. You need time to make yourself comfortable, calm, and relaxed. If you can't take time off, you can really try to set aside time on weekends or just when you get home from work. Make sure the work from the office is complete and you can turn off your gadget so that it is not interrupted when spending time alone.
